There are no hidden shipping charges, regardless of your city or order value.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available).

3. Delivery Time

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We currently deliver throughout Pakistan, including:

  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK)
  • Balochistan
  • Islamabad Capital Territory
  • Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK)
  • Gilgit-Baltistan (where courier service is available)

5. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.


6. Open Parcel Service

For your peace of mind, KharidoBhai.com offers an Open Parcel service where supported by the courier.

This allows you to inspect the parcel before accepting it.

Please note:

  • Open Parcel availability depends on the courier partner and delivery location.
  • Inspection is limited to verifying that the correct product has been delivered and that it is not visibly damaged.
  • The product must not be used during inspection.
  • If the wrong or damaged product is received, you may refuse delivery and contact our customer support immediately.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The customer is unavailable,
  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete,
  • The customer refuses to accept the parcel without a valid reason,

our courier may make another delivery attempt or return the parcel to us.

Additional verification may be required before reshipping the order.


8. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier operational issues
  • Natural disasters
  • Security restrictions
  • High order volume during promotional events

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the parcel and product
  • A brief description of the issue

Eligible cases will be resolved in accordance with our 7-Day Return & Refund Policy.
